Learn how to massage with this excellently designed, comprehensive app featuring both techniques and full routines.

Features of Massage Techniques:
Laid out in a user friendly way this excellent app lets you know when it is appropriate to give massage (and when not to) and gives general rules on performing massage. I learnt a lot about specific body issues from this section of the app.
The app is divided into 4 main segments:
Techniques, Routines, Anatomy and About.
Once you are ready to begin you can choose to focus on specific body areas or can choose from an alphabetical list of techniques. Each technique is described in written words and has an accompanying video in real time that you can use as a genuine guide.
Once you feel ready to give a massage there is a list of 13 full routines that you can choose from including Full Body Deep Tissue, Lower Back Pain, Advanced Back, Neck, Foot, Face and Shoulder Massages.
Once you have selected your chosen massage position the receiver on the bed, floor or massage table. Pushing the START ROUTINE begins the video allowing you to emulate the male masseur, you can use airplay to project it onto a large screen or TV for viewing enhancement.
To understand the body better there is included a skeletal diagram and a muscle diagram with named parts. This gives front and back views of the body and adds to your knowledge.
This is a professionally created app designed to assist anyone who wants to learn how to massage others and give back in a nurturing way.
I have been wanting to learn how to massage for a while now and at last have an easy way to learn at my own pace, without leaving my home. I can practice on my children and know how my loving energy massage is helping their bodies and setting them up for the future.
Thanks so much developers for making massage possible for us all!
10 out of 10!
Perfectly empowering course to learn massage techniques that would be of benefit for an older child wishing to learn with adult supervision.
